CircoLoco partners with Rockstar Games for new label, CircoLoco Records

The new imprint from the Ibiza par­ty and the Amer­i­can video game pub­lish­er will debut with a com­pi­la­tion, Mon­day Dreamin’, on July 9^th. Lead­ing up to that full-length release, the label will release a week­ly series of EPs fea­tur­ing music from the album, start­ing with a new EP out June 4^th, Mon­day Dreamin’ Blue EP. Span­ning five tracks, the inau­gur­al release con­tains tracks from Ker­ri Chan­dler, Seth Trox­ler, Ram­pa and Sama’ Abdul­ha­di, and also includes a Dixon remix of Deichkind. Rock­star Games has been inte­grat­ing dance music DJs and pro­duc­ers into their games for years, most notably in their Grand Theft Auto series, which has fea­tured in-game DJ sets from Moody­mann, Palms Trax, The Blessed Madon­na and more. ​“Music is fun­da­men­tal to Rock­star Games — it’s part of every­thing we do,” says Rock­star Games Founder, Sam Houser. ​“Part­ner­ing with our friends at Cir­coLo­co is part of our ongo­ing efforts to find new ways to bring the very best under­ground music to the widest audi­ence pos­si­ble.” Lis­ten to Seth Trox­ler’s ​“Lumartes.“
